We are members of the National Approved Letting Scheme, The Property Ombudsman and Safe Agent. We have Client Money Protection insurance so you know that if anything were to happen to the company, your money is safe.

We use the Deposit Protection Service to safeguard your deposit. This is an independent Government scheme, so your deposit is not held by us, or the Landlord.

We charge low administration fees and tenancy renewal fees compared to other agents and we have no 'hidden costs' that are charged e.g. there is no cost for checking the property at the end of the tenancy agreement or for the preparation of an inventory.

We value your custom and will strive to find you a property that you are happy with and can afford. Our office is open 6 days a week and our web-sites are updated on a daily basis. Our referencing service is processed on-line for a speedy check and we will always assist you in the referencing process.

We recognise different tenants have different needs and requirements and want to make your move into your new home as smooth as possible. We take meter reading for you and advise all service providers and Council Tax that you have moved into your new home for you.

Once you have moved into a managed property, should you have any issues or problems with the house, we have a dedicated maintenance department. All Contractors that are used are experienced and have worked for us for a number of years. They all hold professional indemnity insurance. We also have a 24 hour emergency number, should you have any problems out of office hours.

Fees applying to all new tenancies from 1st June 2019

We may charge a tenant any or all of the following when required:

  1. the rent;
  2. a security deposit with a maximum of 5 weeks rent, or 6 weeks on a property with rent over £50,000 per year;
  3. a holding deposit of no more than one weeks’ rent;
  4. default fee for late payment of rent (after 14 days);
  5. reasonable charges for lost keys or security fobs;
  6. payments associated with contract variation, at £50 or reasonable costs incurred if higher, when requested by the tenant;
  7. payments associated with early termination of the tenancy, when requested by the tenant; and
  8. payments in respect of bills - utilities, communication services, TV licence, council tax and green deal or other energy efficiency charges.

Fees applying to all pre-existing tenancies entered before 1st June 2019

We shall continue to apply the charges within the existing tenancy agreement until 31st May 2020.
